Payments: Upon confirmation you are requested to pay an advance of 40% of the total amount. Payments are made by a Money Transfer. The remainder (60%) is paid at least 40 days before the starting date of your stay with another Money Transfer.
Documents: Italian Law requires that all guests produce a means of identification (I.D. Card or Passport) at the time of arrival.
Deposit: A fully-returnable deposit is requested at the time of arrival: eur 300,00 for each apartment. This is to cover any damages to the property.
Length of stay: All rentals are on a weekly basis and, apart from Easter, Christmas and weekends (2 nights/3 days), start and end on Saturday. You may enter the premises between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. If guests arrive later then 8.00 p.m. they can enter in the next morning. Guests should leave by 09.00 a.m. on the agreed day of departure.
Number of occupants: The number of people staying in the house should not exceed the figure stated. Extra sleeping places can be provided by previous arrangement with us.
Cleaning: All properties are rented out clean, tidy and bed linen is provided. Guests should leave the property in the same condition. A cleaning fee of eur 20,00 each person will otherwise be deduced from the deposit. The landlord has access to the property for maintenance purposes-swimming pool, gardens, horses, etc…
Prices do not include: final cleaning, weekly cleaning.
The weekly cleaning: The weekly cleaning is compulsory for guests that stay more than a week.
Laundry Room: for the communal Laundry room to be paid on consumption.
The air conditioning: only in Mimosa apartment and to be paid on consumption. In Sant’Angelo there are cool rooms and our guests don’t use air conditioning.
The heating system: is autonomous for each apartment so to be paid on consumption
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation 40 days from the planned date of arrival, 40% of the total cost is due;
within 40 to 20 days from the planned date of arrival 50% of the total cost is due;
within 20 to 8 days from the planned date of arrival, 75% of the total cost is due and the total amount (100%) is to be paid in the event of cancellations within the last 8 days…
PETS NOT ALLOWED.
The differentiated / separated garbage is compulsory (organic garbage, multimaterial waste, paper, undifferentiated material).
