HOW TO GET US :

Sant'Angelo country estate is located on the border between the Grand Duchy of Tuscany and the Vatican State, one of the most beautiful regions of central Italy where Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio meet. we are on the ancient road Francigena.
Our property extends on 3 Regions: Latium, Tuscany and Umbria, in a Natural Park Reserve about 3.000 hectares ( Monte Rufeno).
This territory is named Alta Tuscia (Northern Latium) on the borders between: Tuscany and Umbria, to 10 minutes from Bolsena Lake and to 20 minutes from Orvieto, in the beautiful road Cassia (the most important tourist road from Siena to Rome).
The closest Villages are San Casciano dei Bagni and Acquapendente (just 3 Km). It is the last of the Province of Viterbo, close to Orvieto and Bolsena Lake.
Here you can find: many Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Hospital, Markets Super, Pharmacies, Cinema, Theatre, etc...
In Orvieto there is a railway station and so our guests can travel cheaply and easily into Rome in about 1 hour without having to face the parking problem in the Capital.
The closest airports are: FIUMICINO airport in Rome (1 hour and 30 minutes by car) or CIAMPINO airport in Rome ( 1 hour and 30 minutes by car) or Pisa airport ( 2 hour and 30 minutes by car).

From Rome:

Motorway A1, Orvieto tollgate. Follow the signs for Sferracavallo, then for Castel Viscardo and for Acquapendente.
After the Acquapendente town centre, you must continue on for about 4 km on the S.S Cassia North.
After the Paglia River bridge, on the left you'll find Esso Petrol Pump, after 100 mt on the right side at the km 136.300, you'll find the road to reach Sant'Angelo (the white road is only 600mt and it is easily to run along this road).

From Florence:

Motorway A1, exit Orvieto. Follow the signs for Sferracavallo. You must pass Castel Viscardo Village, then follow the signs for Acquapendente.

From S.S. Cassia - Viterbo (South):

Reach Acquapendente, go beyond the town centre, still go on for 4 km on the National S.S. Cassia North.
You must continue on the S.S Cassia North for 4 kms. After the Paglia River bridge, on the left you'll find Esso Petrol Pump, after 100 mt on the right side of the road at the km 136.300, you'll find the road to reach Sant'Angelo (the white road is only 600mt and it is easily to run along this road).

From SS Cassia -Siena (North):

On the National S.S. Cassia, 200 mt before the Paglia River bridge and 100mt before Esso Petrol Pump, turn left for the road and Sant'angelo Country house can be found (the white road is only 600mt and it is easily to run along this road).
