PRICES IN ITALIAN FARMHOUSE:
 

WEEKLY PRICES:
In the Summer (in July and in August) we used to rent per week from Saturday to Saturday, however, we suggest to contact us for LAST MINUTE and Special offers.

- LOW SEASON: from 10th January to 31th January, February, November, from 01th December to 22th December.
- MID SEASON: March, April, May, from 01th June to 15th June, from 15th September to 30th September, October
- HIGH SEASON: from 15th June to 30th June, July, August, from 01th September to 15th September, Christmas, New year week, Easter, Festivities.

The price includes:
- The initial complete linen: bed linen, bathroom linen and kitchen linen;
- The equipped kitchen
- colour TV
- The large swimming pool (22m x 8m) (opened from 15th June to 15th September) with a children’s pool (4m x 4m) and the reserved table for each apartment
- The equipped large gardens with the reserved table, chairs, tables, sun loungers, beach-umbrellas…
- The table tennis
- Covered secure large Parking area
- The nearby SPA of San Casciano dei Bagni (the Thermal Baths) in agreement with 10% and 15% discount for our guests ( Spa web site: www.fonteverdeterme.com)
- Close Restaurants (2-4 km) with excellent prices and menu by arrangements

The price does not include:
- The final cleaning: euro 12,00 per person
- The communal laundry room
- Bikes
- The heating system

PRICE for Weekends and for less than a Week

In Low Season and Mid Season the minimum required are 2 nights.
In High Season, above all in July and in August, we used to rent per week from Saturday to Saturday, but it is better to ask for more infos: there are the possibility to have Last Minute or Late deals or Special Offers.

- LOW SEASON:  from 10th January to 31th, February, November, from 01th December to 22th December.
- MID SEASON:  March, April, May, from 01th June to 15th June, from 15th September to 30th September, October
- HIGH SEASON: from 15th June to 30th June , July, August, 01th to 15 th September, Christmas, New year week, Easter, Festivities.

PRICES FOR WEEKENDS: from 35,00 eur  t0 50,00 eur per person per night.

The baby crib is euro 15,00 per night.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Bookings: Just contact us by phone +39 338/7271044, fax +39 0763/734738 or e-mail to check the availability of the accommodation of your choice.
Payments: Upon confirmation you are requested to pay an advance of 40% of the total amount. Payments are made by a Money Transfer. The remainder (60%) is paid at least 40 days before the starting date of your stay with another Money Transfer.
Documents: Italian Law requires that all guests produce a means of identification
(I.D. Card or Passport) at the time of arrival.
Deposit: A fully-returnable deposit is requested at the time of arrival: euro 300 for each apartment. This is to cover any damages to the property.
Length of stay: All rentals are on a weekly basis and, apart from Easter, Christmas and weekends (2 nights/3 days), start and end on Saturday. You may enter the premises between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. If guests arrive later then 8.00 p.m. they can enter in the next morning. Guests should leave by 10.00 a.m. on the agreed day of departure.
Number of occupants: The number of people staying in the house should not exceed the figure stated. Extra sleeping places can be provided by previous arrangement with us.
Cleaning: All properties are rented out clean, tidy and bed linen is provided. Guests should leave the property in the same condition. A cleaning fee of euro 12,00 each person will otherwise be deduced from the deposit. The landlord has access to the property for maintenance purposes-swimming pool, gardens, horses, etc…
The final cleaning: is euro 12,00 per person.
The weekly cleaning: of the apartment and the complete change of linen is euro 12 each person 1 time in the week (on Friday in the morning or on Saturday in the morning). The weekly cleaning is compulsory for guests that stay more than a week.
Laundry Room: for the communal Laundry room to be paid on consumption.
The air conditioning: only in Mimosa apartment and to be paid on consumption. In Sant’Angelo there are cool rooms and our guests don’t use air conditioning.
The heating system: is autonomous for each apartment so to be paid on consumption
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation 40 days from the planned date of arrival, 40% of the total cost is due;
within 40 to 20 days from the planned date of arrival 50% of the total cost is due;
within 20 to 8 days from the planned date of arrival, 75% of the total cost is due and the total amount (100%) is to be paid in the event of cancellations within the last 8 days…
PETS NOT ALLOWED.
The differentiated / separated garbage is compulsory (organic garbage, multimaterial waste, paper, undifferentiated material).
